Athletics

Welcome to RHAM Athletics, where we believe participation in athletics is an important part of the educational experience. As members of the Central Connecticut Conference (CCC), a 30-school athletic conference, our programs provide student-athletes with opportunities to compete, grow, build relationships, and represent RHAM with pride.

RHAM offers a wide variety of athletic opportunities across varying sports throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons, giving students the opportunity to find a sport that fits their interests and strengths while developing skills that extend well beyond the playing field.

At RHAM, we are proud of the opportunities our athletic programs provide for students to develop confidence, perseverance, teamwork, leadership, and character. Our coaches, families, school community, and student-athletes work together to create programs that emphasize both competitive excellence and the development of well-rounded young people.
